Shomron Baldut stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mobi Fadida's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute, Or Ivgi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Or Ivgi came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Azotos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Or Ivgi couldn't finish the play. If Or Ivgi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Bruno Elharar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Merghelyout's Barak Maimon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Or Ivgi in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Worky Balulu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in SC Merghelyout's zone, Bruno Elharar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barak Maimon came out of the goal and Bruno Elharar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bruno Elharar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Barak Maimon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to SC Merghelyout getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Worky Balulu hit a great ball. Bruno Elharar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of SC Merghelyout booed when Azotos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Elharar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Or Ivgi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute Uri Najat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Shomron Baldut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Azotos getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Bruno Elharar hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Azotos's goalkeeper Shomron Baldut, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Barak Maimon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Or Ivgi in the 48th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Or Ivgi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Barak Maimon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Elharar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arik Dagmi hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Bruno Elharar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barak Maimon having to interfere. In the 69th match minute, SC Merghelyout was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mobi Fadida to maneuver through the defense. Ofek Terem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shomron Baldut having to interfere. In the 82nd minute of the match, Uri Najat tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Shomron Baldut saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 88th minute, Azotos's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Uri Najat fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 91st minute, SC Merghelyout's Uri Najat dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Or Ivgi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There was no doubt that Azotos were the better team. Azotos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
