After 8 played minutes SC Etan got a freekick which was hit by Mordi Shochat. Avi Livnat struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Eilon Gilboa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Hazeva. 14 minutes into the game, Avi Livnat recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eilon Gilboa. Avi Livnat showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. SC Etan's Eilon Gilboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save SC Etan from getting a goal against them. Aviyho Alfia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eilon Gilboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Avi Livnat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. SC Etan's Eilon Gilboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save SC Etan from getting a goal against them. A hard shot by Franco Kislev from long distance, 30 minutes into the match, got Eilon Gilboa's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Etan's goalkeeper Eilon Gilboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Shlomi Datz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute, Tomas Sunin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 35 minutes, Honi Megudal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Etan and the SC Hazeva players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th minute, Honi Megudal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Avi Livnat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 49 minutes into the match, SC Hazeva's Koko Shenhav sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eilon Gilboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aviyho Alfia to make the kick off. Udi Shulsinger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Eilon Gilboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Avi Livnat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Reuven Kashtan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aviyho Alfia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oved Alberman having to interfere. SC Etan's Eilon Gilboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Koko Shenhav in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koko Shenhav in the 77th minute of play forced SC Etan's goalkeeper Eilon Gilboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honi Megudal kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Pinhas Ezra's late challenge caught a SC Hazeva's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pinhas Ezra helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SC Hazeva booed when SC Etan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pinhas Ezra didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute of the match Tomas Sunin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eilon Gilboa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Koko Shenhav had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eilon Gilboa. SC Etan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Koko Shenhav was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. SC Hazeva's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
