Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Plataniαs BC's Loukianos Sarantopoulos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Ilias Banasopoulos came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Plataniαs BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ilias Banasopoulos couldn't finish the play. In the 12th minute Ilias Banasopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theofanis Kouklakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Fanis Kaminaroglou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, O.S - ZAKYNTHOS- F.P's Sakis Nikoloudis got a free kick in the 15th minute. O.S - ZAKYNTHOS- F.P's Casimiro Bento got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Efthimis Aggellakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Lluciano in the 39th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Bonifacio Lluciano made the kick off in the second half. Ilias Banasopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sakis Nikoloudis charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sakis Nikoloudis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Plataniαs BC's Kleon Xarchakos shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 55th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Theofanis Kouklakis but with some difficulty. Theofanis Kouklakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loukianos Sarantopoulos in the 59th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Loukianos Sarantopoulos took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Theofanis Kouklakis to make any attempt to save it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bonifacio Lluciano in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Efthimis Aggellakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 69 minutes of play O.S - ZAKYNTHOS- F.P's Sakis Nikoloudis was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 70th match minute, O.S - ZAKYNTHOS- F.P was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakis Nikoloudis to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Plataniαs BC booed when O.S - ZAKYNTHOS- F.P was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Lluciano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Ilias Banasopoulos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Theofanis Kouklakis. O.S - ZAKYNTHOS- F.P's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ilias Banasopoulos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 81 minutes, Thymios Anagnostou mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the O.S - ZAKYNTHOS- F.P and the Plataniαs BC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ilias Banasopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Theofanis Kouklakis made a huge save. Ilias Banasopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theofanis Kouklakis having to interfere. Ilias Banasopoulos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Theofanis Kouklakis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Plataniαs BC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
