Telis Kamaras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loukas Sikas having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fokas Dimopoulos in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Loukas Sikas saved Boϊmbouka FC from getting behind. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of Rantátika FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Boϊmbouka FC:s goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Telis Kamaras made a kick off. Telis Kamaras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Loukas Sikas having to interfere. Eleftherios Mendrinos hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. The referee gave Boϊmbouka FC a penalty, 80 minutes into the game. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexandros Giannakopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Vladimiros Charidis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boϊmbouka FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiros Charidis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Takis Kakoulakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Rantátika FC's zone, Vladimiros Charidis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Takis Kakoulakis came out of the goal and Vladimiros Charidis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Rantátika FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
