If Nikos Palaviaris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zacharias Vertsos kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Argyris Katergiannakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikos Palaviaris in the 11th minute of the match. Alexis Papantoniou took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Argyris Katergiannakis. Argyris Katergiannakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Pavlos Botonakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Skópelos getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Thomas Bekas hit a great ball. If Pavlos Botonakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filippos Katakouzinos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonis Kipouros in the 25th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Skópelos's goal looked a bit too open when Pavlos Botonakis came free, but Filippos Katakouzinos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vaios Sarantopoulos was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 33 minutes into the match. Antonis Kipouros charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonis Kipouros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 39 played minutes Spiliá got a freekick which was hit by Antonis Kipouros. After a defensive mix-up in Spiliá's zone, Nikos Palaviaris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Argyris Katergiannakis came out of the goal and Nikos Palaviaris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Spiliá's goalkeeper Argyris Katergiannakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Nikos Palaviaris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Stamatis Mouratidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Skópelos's Thomas Bekas got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 67th minute, Antonis Kipouros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonis Kipouros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Filippos Katakouzinos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Skópelos's zone, Stamatis Mouratidis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filippos Katakouzinos came out of the goal and Stamatis Mouratidis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alexis Papantoniou struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Argyris Katergiannakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skópelos. Nikos Palaviaris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Argyris Katergiannakis having to interfere. Alexis Papantoniou blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Argyris Katergiannakis having to make a save. Kosmas Martis hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Argyris Katergiannakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexis Papantoniou in the 96th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Spiliá players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Skópelos.
