Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Apollon FC's Babbis Loizos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Babbis Loizos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Argyris Katergiannakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Apollon FC's Chatziioannou Patronis in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Spiliá's goalie prevented a goal. 13 minutes into the match, Spiliá's goal looked a bit too open when Babbis Loizos came free, but Argyris Katergiannakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pavlos Botonakis in the 15th minute of play forced Apollon FC's goalkeeper Minas Chalkias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sakis Labriakos fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Apollon FC's protests and gave Sakis Labriakos a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Apollon FC's Sakis Labriakos got a free kick in the 15th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Spiliá's goal looked a bit too open when Babbis Loizos came free, but Argyris Katergiannakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Argyris Katergiannakis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chatziioannou Patronis went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 24th match minute, Spiliá was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavlos Botonakis to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Spiliá defense, Chatziioannou Patronis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Argyris Katergiannakis. The Spiliá fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Argyris Katergiannakis should have stopped the shot. When Chatziioannou Patronis got free in front of the goal in the 30th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Argyris Katergiannakis was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Chatziioannou Patronis made a precise shot to the right of Argyris Katergiannakis. Spiliá's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. A sloppy throw-in by Alekos Ntaralas in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Apollon FC's Sakis Labriakos.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pavlos Botonakis made a kick off. Kosmas Martis kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Spiliá's goalkeeper Argyris Katergiannakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chatziioannou Patronis. 65 minutes into the game, Babbis Loizos lined in a short shot 0-5 behind a frustrated Argyris Katergiannakis. In the 72nd minute, Apollon FC's Dimitris Tassakos seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Dimitris Tassakos the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Apollon FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Dimitris Tassakos had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Apollon FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 72nd minute. Penalty! Apollon FC:s Minas Chalkias showed great skill when he stopped Thymios Kasoumis:s penalty. Minas Chalkias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonis Kipouros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Babbis Loizos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Zacharias Vertsos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Minas Chalkias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonis Kipouros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Argyris Katergiannakis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Babbis Loizos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-6 in the 86 minute of play. When Notis Kitrinos came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Apollon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Notis Kitrinos couldn't finish the play. Argyris Katergiannakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Babbis Loizos in the 92nd minute of play. If Notis Kitrinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, Notis Kitrinos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Babbis Loizos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Argyris Katergiannakis came out and tried to block the shot, but Babbis Loizos slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 97th minute. When the final whistle sounded Apollon FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Spiliá.
