Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Christos Kotsis got the match started through his kick off. Aris Simopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 11 played minutes Keramitsa BC got a freekick which was hit by Odysseas Touchakis. After a defensive mix-up in Keramitsa BC's zone, Dimosthenis Georgiadis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stathis Dokos came out of the goal and Dimosthenis Georgiadis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Trifon Tsorbas got free with Stathis Dokos in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 17 played minutes Keramitsa BC got a freekick which was hit by Isidoros Vikos. 23 minutes into the match, Tirσs BC's goal looked a bit too open when Aris Simopoulos came free, but Fotis Papakrivos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paschalis Anastasatos hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Tirσs BC's Fotis Papakrivos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christos Kotsis in the 26th minute of play. If Christos Kotsis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aris Simopoulos in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fotis Papakrivos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Trifon Tsorbas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stathis Dokos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimosthenis Georgiadis in the 44th minute of play. Stathis Dokos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimosthenis Georgiadis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 minutes of play Keramitsa BC's Odysseas Touchakis was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dimosthenis Georgiadis to make the kick off. Stathis Dokos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trifon Tsorbas in the 57th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tirσs BC's zone, Isidoros Vikos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fotis Papakrivos came out of the goal and Isidoros Vikos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Trifon Tsorbas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Stathis Dokos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Tirσs BC's Trifon Tsorbas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stathis Dokos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Dimosthenis Georgiadis put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Stathis Dokos. After 83 played minutes Tirσs BC got a freekick which was hit by Lakis Alexandridis. In the 84th minute, Emmanouil Bartzos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Aris Simopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Tirσs BC's zone, Aris Simopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fotis Papakrivos came out of the goal and Aris Simopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dimosthenis Georgiadis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the match, Trifon Tsorbas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stathis Dokos. Keramitsa BC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Trifon Tsorbas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. A collision led to Tirσs BC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Lakis Alexandridis hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Keramitsa BC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tirσs BC.
