After 22 minutes Áspros BC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Apostolis Logothetis who took care of the corner kick. Dimitris Kalaboukidis did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Stavros Chasiotis 24 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Áspros BC's Stavros Chasiotis got control of the ball when Dimitris Kalaboukidis tried to sneak it across the goal line. AXAIKOS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Apostolis Logothetis in the 31st minute. AXAIKOS's Nikolas Tochouroglou proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save AXAIKOS from getting a goal against them. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nikolas Tochouroglou showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
