The tension between the Plikáti BC and the Sifounas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Sifounas FC's Eutichios Karataidis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marinos Eleftherakis. That made the score 1-0 after 7 minutes of play. Argyris Tsouloufis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eutichios Karataidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marinos Eleftherakis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eutichios Karataidis in the 25th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eutichios Karataidis got free with Marinos Eleftherakis in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Argyris Tsouloufis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marinos Eleftherakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Argyris Telios managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sifounas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Argyris Telios was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marinos Eleftherakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Plikáti BC's Marinos Eleftherakis got control of the ball when Eutichios Karataidis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eutichios Karataidis in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marinos Eleftherakis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eutichios Karataidis to strike the kick off in the second half. Themos Kalivitis kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. If Argyris Tsouloufis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 59 minutes into the match, Eutichios Karataidis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marinos Eleftherakis. Plikáti BC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eutichios Karataidis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Eutichios Karataidis took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marinos Eleftherakis. Marinos Eleftherakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Plikáti BC's Marinos Eleftherakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eutichios Karataidis in the 69th minute of play. Nikos Mavrou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marinos Eleftherakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. When Alexandros Kapranos fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Plikáti BC's protests and gave Alexandros Kapranos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st match minute, Plikáti BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandros Kapranos to maneuver through the defense. Marinos Eleftherakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eutichios Karataidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonis Kostakoglou was shown his second yellow card after 77 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 78th match minute, Plikáti BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonis Kostakoglou to maneuver through the defense. Argyris Tsouloufis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eutichios Karataidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. If Eutichios Karataidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marinos Eleftherakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eutichios Karataidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Marinos Eleftherakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eutichios Karataidis in the 94th minute of play. Argyris Telios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marinos Eleftherakis having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sifounas FC fully deserved thier win.
