Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vaggelis Ivanidis kicked off to start the match. Evaggelos Skentzos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themos Kalivitis in the 6th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Theofilos Kostakos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Themos Sioufas did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Evaggelos Skentzos 8 minutes into the match. 13 minutes into the game, Plikáti BC's Antonis Kostakoglou nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Evaggelos Skentzos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sotiris Galanis in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marinos Eleftherakis saved Plikáti BC from getting behind. Vaggelis Ivanidis might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marinos Eleftherakis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vaggelis Ivanidis ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 24th minute, Vaggelis Ivanidis made a precise shot to the right of Marinos Eleftherakis. Plikáti BC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Sotiris Galanis kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. If Sotiris Galanis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Theofilos Kostakos in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marinos Eleftherakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Theofilos Kostakos sped through Plikáti BC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marinos Eleftherakis. In the 45th minute Sotiris Galanis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marinos Eleftherakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Antonis Kostakoglou made a precise shot to the right of Evaggelos Skentzos. Aris Thessaloniki's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. The score stood at 3-3 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Themos Sioufas was the one to do the kick off. Marinos Eleftherakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theofilos Kostakos, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 55th minute, Aris Thessaloniki's Nikos Paltos dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-4. In the 58th minute, Themos Sioufas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, Plikáti BC's goal looked a bit too open when Theofilos Kostakos came free, but Marinos Eleftherakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexandros Kapranos's late challenge caught a Aris Thessaloniki's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexandros Kapranos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd match minute, Plikáti BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandros Kapranos to maneuver through the defense. Sotiris Galanis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Marinos Eleftherakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Plikáti BC's Marinos Eleftherakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theofilos Kostakos in the 67th minute of play. When Aris Thessaloniki's Vaggelis Ivanidis in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Plikáti BC's goalie prevented a goal. Aris Thessaloniki's Nikos Paltos got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Theofilos Kostakos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marinos Eleftherakis. That made the score 3-6 in the 76 minute of play. The supporters of Aris Thessaloniki booed when Plikáti BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandros Kapranos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Plikáti BC's Marinos Eleftherakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Spyros Kanelidis in the 83rd minute of play. A collision led to Plikáti BC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Nektarios Leontiou hit a great ball. Nikos Paltos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Marinos Eleftherakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Theofilos Kostakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marinos Eleftherakis having to interfere. Marinos Eleftherakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikos Paltos in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Spyros Kanelidis fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. With a little luck, Plikáti BC's Marinos Eleftherakis got control of the ball when Spyros Kanelidis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Spyros Kanelidiss short, quick shot in the 97thth minute got Marinos Eleftherakis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Plikáti BC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Aris Thessaloniki were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
