Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vaggelis Ivanidis started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Eutichios Karataidis notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Aris Thessaloniki's Evaggelos Skentzos. Evaggelos Skentzos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sifounas FC's Argyris Telios got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 8 played minutes Sifounas FC got a freekick which was hit by Argyris Telios. In the 11th match minute, Sifounas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ask Gustad to maneuver through the defense. Vaggelis Ivanidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Sidnei Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eutichios Karataidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Eutichios Karataidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Evaggelos Skentzos came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sifounas FC's Ask Gustad. But to his dismay, Ask Gustad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aris Thessaloniki's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pavlos Skilas was slow to take the kick. During this time Sifounas FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Pavlos Skilas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Evaggelos Skentzos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 32nd minute, Eutichios Karataidis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sifounas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Theofilos Kostakos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Sidnei Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sidnei Pitta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vaggelis Ivanidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 41st minute, Giorgos Palavos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute of the match Spyros Kanelidis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sidnei Pitta skillfully saved the ball. Argyris Telios kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Sifounas FC's Sidnei Pitta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vaggelis Ivanidis in the 45th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eutichios Karataidis to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, one of Sifounas FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 58th match minute, Aris Thessaloniki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Takis Patsas to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Sifounas FC's Pavlos Skilas tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Evaggelos Skentzos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ask Gustad in the 61st minute of the match. The supporters of Sifounas FC booed when Aris Thessaloniki was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giorgos Papakrivos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Pavlos Skilas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sifounas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aris Thessaloniki the free kick. Pavlos Skilas hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Sidnei Pitta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sotiris Galanis, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Eutichios Karataidis scored 1-4 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evaggelos Skentzos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sidnei Pitta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vaggelis Ivanidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Lakis Kamaras charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lakis Kamaras the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lakis Kamaras kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Sidnei Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vaggelis Ivanidis in the 79th minute of play. Evaggelos Skentzos made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Eutichios Karataidis sent off a good shot on target. Theofilos Kostakos might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sidnei Pitta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Theofilos Kostakos ran back to his position shaking his head. 90 minutes into the match, Sifounas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sotiris Galanis came free, but Sidnei Pitta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sidnei Pitta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vaggelis Ivanidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute Sotiris Galanis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidnei Pitta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sifounas FC played a much better game than Aris Thessaloniki and deserved their victory. The Aris Thessaloniki players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
