Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fanis Agapidis kicked off to start the match. Viktoras Melogiannis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nikos Pantelas in the 11th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fanis Agapidis in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paschalis Katakouzinos saved Aiyínion BC from getting behind. Dhirrαkhion FC's Viktoras Melogiannis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giannis Sobolos in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Aiyínion BC's goal looked a bit too open when Fanis Agapidis came free, but Paschalis Katakouzinos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Aiyínion BC's Kyriakos Karamitros got a free kick in the 19th minute. Aiyínion BC's Paschalis Katakouzinos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thanos Agathopoulos in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Dhirrαkhion FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Soulis Papachronakis hit a great ball. Giannis Sobolos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pavlos Sinetopoulos hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute Dhirrαkhion FC were awarded a corner. Kostas Kouromichelakis went to the cornerflag to take it. Paschalis Katakouzinos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fanis Agapidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 38 minutes, Nikos Pantelas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aiyínion BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nikos Pantelas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nikos Pantelas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Viktoras Melogiannis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 60th minute, Thanos Agathopoulos fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Paschalis Katakouzinos, passed just outside the right post. Fanis Agapidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Aiyínion BC's Alkinoos Stefanakos got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 66 minutes into the match, Aiyínion BC's goalkeeper Paschalis Katakouzinos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thanos Agathopoulos. Viktoras Melogiannis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Giannis Sobolos's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. If Thanos Agathopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Aiyínion BC's Paschalis Katakouzinos got control of the ball when Thanos Agathopoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Viktoras Melogiannis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikos Pantelas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zinon Chatzidis hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Aiyínion BC defense, Thanos Agathopoulos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paschalis Katakouzinos. The Aiyínion BC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paschalis Katakouzinos should have stopped the shot. Nikos Pantelas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Dhirrαkhion FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
