Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Vaggelis Sarapanis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Khristoforiαnika's Vaggelis Sarapanis got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Khristoforiαnika's Ermis Georgiou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christos Pathiakakis in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute Iason Maras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermis Georgiou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th match minute, Méga Peristéri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fanis Totsis to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Thanasis Grigoroulis sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Méga Peristéri's Petros Karataidis didn't even have to move. Vaggelis Sarapanis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Petros Karataidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vaggelis Sarapanis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vaggelis Sarapanis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petros Karataidis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Iason Maras could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Ermis Georgiou made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christos Pathiakakis in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermis Georgiou saved Khristoforiαnika from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vaggelis Sarapanis in the 34th minute of play forced Méga Peristéri's goalkeeper Petros Karataidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 minutes, Giannis Chrysafis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Méga Peristéri and the Khristoforiαnika players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vaggelis Sarapanis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petros Karataidis having to interfere. Christoforos Kiskabanis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christos Pathiakakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Manos Topalidis struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ermis Georgiou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Méga Peristéri. In the 55th minute, Christos Pathiakakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Méga Peristéri fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After having played for 60 minutes, Vaggelis Sarapanis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Khristoforiαnika's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vaggelis Sarapanis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 62 minutes in the game, Vaggelis Sarapanis fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Petros Karataidis having to interfere. Christos Pathiakakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Ermis Georgiou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Méga Peristéri fans' excitement grew in the 69th match minute when Méga Peristéri's Christos Pathiakakis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Vaggelis Sarapanis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 85 minutes, Iason Maras made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Khristoforiαnika's Ermis Georgiou tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Iason Maras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Méga Peristéri booed when Khristoforiαnika was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoforos Kiskabanis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Méga Peristéri's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
