Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) César Portalier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgos Laspouras, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Vrasidas Briolas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. César Portalier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Argyris Strevlos during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 12 minutes into the match, Stavros Parathirakis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sotos Koukodimos, 1-0. Stavros Parathirakis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sotos Koukodimos having to make a save. After having played for 27 minutes, Thomas Arabatzis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AIOLIKOS.FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Arabatzis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Alberigo Zisser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AIOLIKOS.FC's Sotiris Karagiannis got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. César Portalier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giorgos Laspouras in the 46th minute of play. Alberigo Zisser's late challenge caught a Valomándrion's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alberigo Zisser helped the player get up and apologised. Alberigo Zisser hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Vrasidas Briolas made the kick off in the second half. Thomas Arabatzis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 52nd match minute, Valomándrion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panos Spetsieris to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute, Vrasidas Briolas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Panos Xanthakis fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valomándrion's protests and gave Panos Xanthakis a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes Valomándrion got a freekick which was hit by Panos Xanthakis. With a little luck, AIOLIKOS.FC's César Portalier got control of the ball when Argyris Strevlos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sotos Koukodimos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stavros Parathirakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. If Stavros Parathirakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. AIOLIKOS.FC's César Portalier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save AIOLIKOS.FC from getting a goal against them. Sotiris Karagiannis charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sotiris Karagiannis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Sotiris Karagiannis managed to get in a good position for a shot. AIOLIKOS.FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sotiris Karagiannis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sotos Koukodimos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Valomándrion's Vrasidas Briolas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of César Portalier. That made the score 1-1 after 81 minutes of play. Thomas Arabatzis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sotos Koukodimos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Panos Xanthakis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving César Portalier. That made the score 1-2 in the 88 minute of play. Giorgos Laspouras charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Giorgos Laspouras the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Giorgos Laspouras hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The Valomándrion supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Valomándrion would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
