After 8 minutes of play, REMAL MADRID's Prokopis Perdikas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chatziantoniou Moukeas was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Prokopis Perdikas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tasos Makrodimitris hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After having played for 23 minutes, Prokopis Perdikas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. REMAL MADRID's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prokopis Perdikas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Prokopis Perdikas in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chatziantoniou Moukeas saved Lisvorion from getting behind. When Tasos Makrodimitris fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lisvorion's protests and gave Tasos Makrodimitris a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, Lisvorion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tasos Makrodimitris to maneuver through the defense. Chatziantoniou Moukeas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stelios Bertsis in the 36th minute of play. Prokopis Perdikas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Chatziantoniou Moukeas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paris Koliopoulos charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paris Koliopoulos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Lisvorion getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Paris Koliopoulos hit a great ball. Chatziantoniou Moukeas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prokopis Perdikas in the 40th minute of the match. A collision led to Lisvorion getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Eleftherios Mitropoulos hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stelios Bertsis in the 48th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chatziantoniou Moukeas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 58th minute, Prokopis Perdikas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of REMAL MADRID booed when Lisvorion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Argyris Kalathakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Concetto Basilico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iosif Veritsis, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 70th minute Paris Koliopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Basilico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 74 played minutes Lisvorion got a freekick which was hit by Tasos Makrodimitris. Chatziantoniou Moukeas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prokopis Perdikas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chatziantoniou Moukeas was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Prokopis Perdikas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Prokopis Perdikas really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. Concetto Basilico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paris Koliopoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute Eleftherios Mitropoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Basilico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 91 played minutes Lisvorion got a freekick which was hit by Tasos Makrodimitris. Chatziantoniou Moukeas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prokopis Perdikas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Prokopis Perdikas managed to get in a good position for a shot. REMAL MADRID's supporters rose to their feet, but Prokopis Perdikas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chatziantoniou Moukeas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 98th minute, REMAL MADRID's Stelios Bertsis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Chatziantoniou Moukeas. Chatziantoniou Moukeas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-6. When the match was over REMAL MADRID could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lisvorion throughout the match.
