Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ilias Kalianiotis started the match with the kick off. Aimilios Charalambopoulos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ilias Kalianiotis's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Giorgos Riganidis came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nikos Kontodimos could save by the left post. Aimilios Charalambopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilias Kalianiotis in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Pavlos Kolleris had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aimilios Charalambopoulos. Megalon Khorion's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pavlos Kolleris was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Pavlos Kolleris notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Megalon Khorion's Aimilios Charalambopoulos. Aimilios Charalambopoulos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Nektarios Prigas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Suyujϊk's supporters rose to their feet, but Nektarios Prigas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aimilios Charalambopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fivos Begnis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikos Kontodimos having to interfere. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Suyujϊk's goalkeeper Nikos Kontodimos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ilias Kalianiotis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Aimilios Charalambopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aimilios Charalambopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilias Kalianiotis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the game, Fivos Begnis recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nikos Kontodimos. Fivos Begnis showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ilias Kalianiotis in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aimilios Charalambopoulos saved Megalon Khorion from getting behind. Ilias Kalianiotis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aimilios Charalambopoulos having to interfere. In the 45th match minute, Megalon Khorion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giorgos Riganidis to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fivos Begnis to make the kick off. Ilias Kalianiotis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Aimilios Charalambopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nikos Kontodimos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Makis Michailidis's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Megalon Khorion's goal looked a bit too open when Pavlos Kolleris came free, but Aimilios Charalambopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Pavlos Kolleris came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Suyujϊk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pavlos Kolleris couldn't finish the play. Makis Tsanaklidis struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Nikos Kontodimos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Megalon Khorion. A collision led to Suyujϊk getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Panagiotis Roditis hit a great ball. Nikos Kontodimos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Makis Tsanaklidis in the 66th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes Suyujϊk got a freekick which was hit by Aris Stavrinos. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Suyujϊk! Vassilis Vakouftsis shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 76 minutes into the match, Megalon Khorion's goal looked a bit too open when Pavlos Kolleris came free, but Aimilios Charalambopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute Iason Kikidakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aimilios Charalambopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ilias Kalianiotis succeeded in the game's 81st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. The audience was convinced that Pavlos Kolleris's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aimilios Charalambopoulos was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice moves Ilias Kalianiotis could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Aimilios Charalambopoulos however easily saved by the left post. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 96th minute of the game. One of Megalon Khorion:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Suyujϊk:s goal. When the final whistle sounded Suyujϊk left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Megalon Khorion.
