Miltos Kabanis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. ΑΟ ΑΜΠΕΛΟΚΗΠΟΙ's Nikos Stefanopoulos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Chrisostomos Sfiggas in the 44 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stratos Sabrakos in the 47th minute of play forced ΑΟ ΑΜΠΕΛΟΚΗΠΟΙ's goalkeeper Stamatis Skountouflas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stratos Sabrakos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nikos Stefanopoulos during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
