Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marios Papageorgas took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Argyris Katsarolidis came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Piyι BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Argyris Katsarolidis couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Piyι BC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Takis Simos hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Themis Bougiouklis in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Theagenis Serifis saved Piyι BC from getting behind. Piyι BC's Theagenis Serifis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Themis Bougiouklis in the 9th minute of play. After 10 played minutes Piyι BC got a freekick which was hit by Thanos Ntaralas. Theagenis Serifis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Themis Bougiouklis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Themis Bougiouklis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Theagenis Serifis came out and tried to block the shot, but Themis Bougiouklis slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 25th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Rosνlovon's Panos Kantaifas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Theagenis Serifis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Trifon Matzanas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kostas Sapounas. Rosνlovon's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Rosνlovon's zone, Argyris Katsarolidis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kostas Sapounas came out of the goal and Argyris Katsarolidis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Themis Bougiouklis made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Themis Bougiouklis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Theagenis Serifis was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. If Themis Bougiouklis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Argyris Katsarolidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Piyι BC's zone, Panos Kantaifas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theagenis Serifis came out of the goal and Panos Kantaifas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 66th minute Marios Papageorgas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kostas Sapounas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Piyι BC's Theagenis Serifis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panos Kantaifas in the 69th minute of play. After 71 played minutes Rosνlovon got a freekick which was hit by Giannis Alexakoglou. In the 73rd minute of the match Piyι BC got a corner. Rosνlovon's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anastasios Sissovitis ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Marios Papageorgas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute of the match, Marios Papageorgas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kostas Sapounas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Marios Papageorgas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kostas Sapounas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Argyris Katsarolidis in the 89th minute. Rosνlovon's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
