Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Iakovos Mountakis made the kick off which started today's match. Chatziantoniou Sentouikidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Timos Maratos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marios Vitalis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Themis Valassakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iakovos Mountakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Themis Valassakis having to interfere. The supporters of Α.Ο. ΚΕΦΑΛΛΟΝΙΑ booed when Khamilon BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimitris Kakogiannis didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Iakovos Mountakis put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Themis Valassakis. In the 31st match minute, Α.Ο. ΚΕΦΑΛΛΟΝΙΑ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thanasis Voskaridis to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute Marios Vitalis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Themis Valassakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Themis Valassakis came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Khamilon BC's Marios Vitalis. But to his dismay, Marios Vitalis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 45th minute, Chatziantoniou Sentouikidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Timos Maratos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Grigoris Konstantakakis was the one to do the kick off. Themis Valassakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iakovos Mountakis in the 53rd minute of play. Timos Maratos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chatziantoniou Sentouikidis in the 56th minute of play. Soulis Ntougeroglou hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. If Chatziantoniou Sentouikidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chatziantoniou Sentouikidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Timos Maratos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute Grigoris Konstantakakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timos Maratos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, Α.Ο. ΚΕΦΑΛΛΟΝΙΑ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thanasis Voskaridis to maneuver through the defense. Marios Vitalis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Themis Valassakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Chatziantoniou Sentouikidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 81 minutes, Iakovos Mountakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Khamilon BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iakovos Mountakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Theofanis Chatzinathanail's late challenge caught a Khamilon BC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Theofanis Chatzinathanail helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th match minute, Α.Ο. ΚΕΦΑΛΛΟΝΙΑ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Theofanis Chatzinathanail to maneuver through the defense. Marios Vitalis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Themis Valassakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Khamilon BC's Iakovos Mountakis got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Iakovos Mountakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Grigoris Konstantakakis succeeded in the game's 97th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
