Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Michalis Vogiaris started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. PAO METS's Nasos Kontodimos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renos Katsarolidis in the 8th minute of play. With a little luck, Perdikáki's Kostas Stergallas got control of the ball when Anthimos Pontikas tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Nontas Tokalidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Renos Katsarolidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind PAO METS's goalkeeper Nasos Kontodimos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Renos Katsarolidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Renos Katsarolidis in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nasos Kontodimos saved PAO METS from getting behind. Nasos Kontodimos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nontas Tokalidis in the 29th minute of the match. Prodromos Nioplias charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Prodromos Nioplias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 30 played minutes PAO METS got a freekick which was hit by Prodromos Nioplias. 31 minutes into the match, PAO METS's goal looked a bit too open when Renos Katsarolidis came free, but Nasos Kontodimos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Renos Katsarolidis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nasos Kontodimos was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. The supporters of Perdikáki booed when PAO METS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Veniamin Sideris didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in PAO METS's zone, Nontas Tokalidis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nasos Kontodimos came out of the goal and Nontas Tokalidis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the match, Renos Katsarolidis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nasos Kontodimos. PAO METS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renos Katsarolidis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Renos Katsarolidis made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in PAO METS's zone, Renos Katsarolidis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nasos Kontodimos came out of the goal and Renos Katsarolidis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kostas Dilberis during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Perdikáki was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kostas Dilberis to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute Anthimos Pontikas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kostas Stergallas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Paris Nikolaou fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Perdikáki's protests and gave Paris Nikolaou a yellow card for diving instead. Paris Nikolaou kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Anthimos Pontikas managed to get in a good position for a shot. PAO METS's supporters rose to their feet, but Anthimos Pontikas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kostas Stergallas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kostas Stergallas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michalis Vogiaris went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Nasos Kontodimos made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Nontas Tokalidis sent off a good shot on target. In the 76th minute, Prodromos Nioplias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nontas Tokalidis struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Nasos Kontodimos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perdikáki. 83 minutes into the match, PAO METS's goal looked a bit too open when Renos Katsarolidis came free, but Nasos Kontodimos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The long shot by Thanos Tsioufis in the 90th minute really tested Nasos Kontodimos's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Nontas Tokalidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Nasos Kontodimos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renos Katsarolidis in the 94th minute of play forced PAO METS's goalkeeper Nasos Kontodimos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nasos Kontodimos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renos Katsarolidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Perdikáki players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for PAO METS.
