Fanis Mantarinopoulos started the match with the kick off. Tilemachos Kokakias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fanis Mantarinopoulos in the 3rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Fanis Mantarinopoulos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tilemachos Kokakias. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. With a little luck, Tharroϊnia FC's Tilemachos Kokakias got control of the ball when Thodoris Pantazakos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tilemachos Kokakias made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Thodoris Pantazakos sent off a good shot on target. Thodoris Pantazakos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tilemachos Kokakias came out and tried to block the shot, but Thodoris Pantazakos slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 14th minute. A hard shot 23 in the game by Fanis Mantarinopoulos from a close distance when the talented Tilemachos Kokakias managed to make a qualified save. Tharroϊnia FC's players were relieved. Thodoris Pantazakos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Tilemachos Kokakias made a huge save. Filippos Kottikas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Pestani getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Dimitris Skliros hit a great ball. Fanis Mantarinopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tilemachos Kokakias made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Thodoris Pantazakos sent off a good shot on target. Tharroϊnia FC's Tilemachos Kokakias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fanis Mantarinopoulos in the 39th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexis Lyberopoulos during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filippos Kottikas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Alexis Lyberopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tilemachos Kokakias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fanis Mantarinopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of Tharroϊnia FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pestani:s goal. 68 minutes into the match, Fanis Mantarinopoulos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tilemachos Kokakias. Tharroϊnia FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fanis Mantarinopoulos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. A collision led to Pestani getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Giorgos Moustakis hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Pestani's Grigoris Sartzetakis got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Alexis Lyberopouloss short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Argyris Chatzas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alexis Lyberopoulos did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 4-1 to the left of a surprised Argyris Chatzas 83 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Tharroϊnia FC's zone, Fanis Mantarinopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tilemachos Kokakias came out of the goal and Fanis Mantarinopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tilemachos Kokakias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thodoris Pantazakos's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. If Fanis Mantarinopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fanis Mantarinopoulos, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 97 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Tilemachos Kokakias was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar.
