Markos Sioufas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aris Vasakis during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Aris Vasakis kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Thanos Kakavitsas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thalis Xinos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Markos Sioufas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Paschalis Koupepes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Vafiokhori's Takis Argyridis got a free kick in the 51st minute. After having played for 54 minutes, Thanos Kakavitsas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thanos Kakavitsas scored 0-2 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thalis Xinos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 71st minute, Charalambos Ververis sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Vafiokhori's Konstantinos Karantonis didn't even have to move. In the 74th minute, Prodromos Metaxas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paschalis Koupepes in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Konstantinos Karantonis saved Vafiokhori from getting behind. A collision led to Vafiokhori getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Charis Poulikakos hit a great ball. Konstantinos Karantonis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Markos Sioufas, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Thalis Xinos made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Thanos Kakavitsas sent off a good shot on target. In the 95thth minute of the game Markos Sioufas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vafiokhori's Konstantinos Karantonis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Vafiokhori players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
