Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thanos Kakavitsas in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Charalambos Adamatos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 16 minutes into the match, PAO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Prodromos Metaxas came free, but Charalambos Adamatos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eugenios Koboroziadis hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kostas Marinopoulos to strike the kick off in the second half. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Thanos Kakavitsas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Charalambos Adamatos made a huge save. In the 76th match minute, PAO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Menelaos Anastasopoulos to maneuver through the defense. PAO FC's Charalambos Adamatos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prodromos Metaxas in the 77th minute of play. After having played for 79 minutes, Thanos Kakavitsas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 82 minutes of play, Vafiokhori's Thanos Kakavitsas made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Charalambos Adamatos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 94th minute Prodromos Metaxas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charalambos Adamatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
