Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Theocharis Gaitanos kicked off to start the match. In the 9th minute, Drestinνkon's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kyriakos Vournas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Theocharis Gaitanos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Panos Karelas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kostas Botsaris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thanos Kapsimalis in the 19th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Kyriakos Vournas managed to get in a good position for a shot. πεταμενοι's supporters rose to their feet, but Kyriakos Vournas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kostas Botsaris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kyriakos Vournas got free with Kostas Botsaris in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Drestinνkon's Kostas Botsaris proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Drestinνkon from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Drestinνkon getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Anestis Kollias hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute Theocharis Gaitanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panos Karelas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kostas Botsaris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thanos Kapsimalis in the 34th minute of play. If Kyriakos Vournas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kyriakos Vournas came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the πεταμενοι fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kyriakos Vournas couldn't finish the play. Kostas Botsaris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thanos Kapsimalis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Kyriakos Vournas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kyriakos Vournas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kyriakos Vournas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanos Kapsimalis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Kostas Botsaris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 54 minutes into the game, Dimitris Kallergis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Drestinνkon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave πεταμενοι the free kick. The supporters of πεταμενοι booed when Drestinνkon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimitris Kallergis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanos Kapsimalis struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Kostas Botsaris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for πεταμενοι. If Kyriakos Vournas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anestis Kollias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Panos Karelas made a huge save. Panos Karelas came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Drestinνkon's Anestis Kollias. But to his dismay, Anestis Kollias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Dean Snowdon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. πεταμενοι's Grigoris Kasapopoulos was substituted for Thanos Kapsimalis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kyriakos Vournas in the 80th minute of play forced Drestinνkon's goalkeeper Kostas Botsaris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kostas Botsaris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyriakos Vournas, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Eleftherios Sarantaris kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After having played for 92 minutes, Grigoris Kasapopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. πεταμενοι's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grigoris Kasapopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd minute Kyriakos Vournas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kostas Botsaris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chants of Drestinνkon echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as πεταμενοι had held the ball for most of the match.
