Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Arila's Fragiskos Rigatos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Valentinos Nekos hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Fragiskos Rigatos took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dorotheos Tsironis. Dorotheos Tsironis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Themistoklis Kalamarakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorotheos Tsironis having to interfere. Koulis Petriniotis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Telis Tzevelekos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sfendνli FC's Dorotheos Tsironis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fragiskos Rigatos in the 30th minute of play. Fragiskos Rigatos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dorotheos Tsironis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Themistoklis Kalamarakis in the 44th minute of the match. Fragiskos Rigatos struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Dorotheos Tsironis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arila. 48 minutes into the game, Panos Peponis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arila's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sfendνli FC the free kick. In the 48th match minute, Arila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Panos Peponis to maneuver through the defense. After the first half Arila were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Koulis Petriniotis made the kick off in the second half. Dorotheos Tsironis was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Fragiskos Rigatos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fragiskos Rigatos really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Fragiskos Rigatos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Dorotheos Tsironis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vlassis Kotsios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute Koulis Petriniotis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tilemachos Mimidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Themistoklis Kalamarakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 66 minutes into the game, Dimosthenis Papafotoulis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sfendνli FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arila the free kick. After a rather tough play, Sfendνli FC's Dimosthenis Papafotoulis got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 70th match minute, Arila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emmanouil Kofidis to maneuver through the defense. Dorotheos Tsironis was a little too slow when Fragiskos Rigatos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 0-4. When Themistoklis Kalamarakis came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Arila fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Themistoklis Kalamarakis couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sfendνli FC's goalkeeper Dorotheos Tsironis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Themistoklis Kalamarakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dorotheos Tsironis having to interfere. In the 89th minute Fragiskos Rigatos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorotheos Tsironis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Sfendνli FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fragiskos Rigatos came free, but Dorotheos Tsironis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fragiskos Rigatos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Arila booed when Sfendνli FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerasimos Tataridis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Themistoklis Kalamarakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Dorotheos Tsironis made a huge save. In the 98th minute Fragiskos Rigatos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorotheos Tsironis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arila played a much better game than Sfendνli FC and deserved their victory. The Sfendνli FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
