After a rather tough play, THE KILLER's Panos Kostis got a free kick in the 4th minute. When Paschalis Georgakos came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Kιndron fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paschalis Georgakos couldn't finish the play. Stefanos Mantalakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandros Vissis, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, THE KILLER's goal looked a bit too open when Lakis Makas came free, but Stefanos Mantalakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefanos Mantalakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandros Vissis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 11 minutes, Apostolikas Rallis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. THE KILLER's supporters crossed their fingers, but Apostolikas Rallis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dimitris Moustakis hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Akis Kakarnakis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angelino Bertran went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Koulis Asimidis kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Alexandros Vissis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefanos Mantalakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the THE KILLER defense, Alexandros Vissis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefanos Mantalakis. The THE KILLER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefanos Mantalakis should have stopped the shot. In the 40th minute Paschalis Georgakos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefanos Mantalakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Kιndron's Paschalis Georgakos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stefanos Mantalakis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After the first half Kιndron were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Apostolikas Rallis made a kick off. Stefanos Mantalakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paschalis Georgakos in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 57th minute Alexandros Vissis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefanos Mantalakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paschalis Georgakos's late challenge caught a THE KILLER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paschalis Georgakos helped the player get up and apologised. Stefanos Mantalakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paris Spetsarias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexandros Vissis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stefanos Mantalakis came out and tried to block the shot, but Alexandros Vissis slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 74th minute. 78 minutes into the game, Paris Petalidis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. THE KILLER's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kιndron the free kick. When the match had been going on for 79 minutes, Kιndron's Sakis Iordanopoulos got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Stefanos Mantalakis. Stefanos Mantalakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandros Vissis in the 84th minute of the match. With a little luck, THE KILLER's Stefanos Mantalakis got control of the ball when Lakis Makas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kιndron's Paschalis Georgakos got a free kick in the 87th minute. If Angelino Bertran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paris Spetsarias in the 94th minute of play forced THE KILLER's goalkeeper Stefanos Mantalakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. THE KILLER's Stefanos Mantalakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paris Spetsarias in the 96th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kιndron had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
