A collision led to Voskνna FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Petros Siontis hit a great ball. If Spyros Konstantopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vaggelis Papamarkos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Vassilis Barkoglou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vaggelis Papamarkos in the 26th minute of play forced Voskνna FC's goalkeeper Vassilis Barkoglou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Vaggelis Papamarkos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vassilis Barkoglou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Spyros Konstantopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Vassilis Barkoglou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Iliσrrachi BC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Christos Nikolaidis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 38th minute, Spyros Konstantopoulos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. After 44 minutes, Petros Mamatziolas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Iliσrrachi BC and the Voskνna FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Voskνna FC booed when Iliσrrachi BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petros Mamatziolas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Voskνna FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Iliσrrachi BC were winning 0-1.

If Christos Nikolaidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iliσrrachi BC's Prodromos Sgouros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christos Nikolaidis in the 55th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Spyros Konstantopoulos in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vassilis Barkoglou saved Voskνna FC from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Stratos Martis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Voskνna FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Stratos Martis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Prodromos Sgouros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Voskνna FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Spyros Konstantopoulos scored to the left of an out of position Vassilis Barkoglou, making the score, 0-2. Diogenis Papanastasiou kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Spyros Konstantopoulos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vassilis Barkoglou came out and tried to block the shot, but Spyros Konstantopoulos slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 79th minute. Spyros Konstantopoulos succeeded in the game's 84th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-4. 87 minutes into the game, Theocharis Pavlakoglou was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Iliσrrachi BC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Voskνna FC the free kick. In the 90th minute, Spyros Konstantopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rdth minute of the game Christos Nikolaidis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iliσrrachi BC's Prodromos Sgouros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Iliσrrachi BC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
