When Miltiadis Markopoulos got free in front of the goal in the 3rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Makis Papalazarou was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Miltiadis Markopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Makis Papalazarou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Theodosis Lazaridis in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aris Fragakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Savas Vasdekis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Aris Fragakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Makis Papalazarou was a little too slow when Miltiadis Markopoulos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. When Miltiadis Markopoulos came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the ΑΡΗΣ ΝΑ ΓΟΥΣΤΑΡΕΙΣ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miltiadis Markopoulos couldn't finish the play. If Savas Vasdekis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to ΑΡΗΣ ΝΑ ΓΟΥΣΤΑΡΕΙΣ getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Kosmas Kentikelenis hit a great ball. Aris Fragakis came out of the goal and Theodosis Lazaridis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Savas Vasdekis to strike the kick off in the second half. If Theodosis Lazaridis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the game, Sakis Kaplanis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lampνrion BC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ΑΡΗΣ ΝΑ ΓΟΥΣΤΑΡΕΙΣ the free kick. In the 61st minute Miltiadis Markopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Makis Papalazarou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 played minutes Lampνrion BC got a freekick which was hit by Theodosis Lazaridis. In the 72nd match minute, ΑΡΗΣ ΝΑ ΓΟΥΣΤΑΡΕΙΣ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christos Papadimopoulos to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miltiadis Markopoulos in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Makis Papalazarou saved Lampνrion BC from getting behind. Theodosis Lazaridis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aris Fragakis having to interfere. ΑΡΗΣ ΝΑ ΓΟΥΣΤΑΡΕΙΣ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Theodosis Lazaridis scored to the left of an out of position Aris Fragakis, making the score, 1-1. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
