Kosmas Katakouzinos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyriakos Vekris in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Keramνdhion FC's Prokopis Kyritsis got a free kick in the 11th minute. Kosmas Katakouzinos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stamatis Papadamopoulos in the 12th minute of play. Kosmas Katakouzinos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyriakos Vekris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giannis Ntalaras kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute of the match Chavárion got a corner. Keramνdhion FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nikolas Koromilas ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a defensive mix-up in Chavárion's zone, Louis Korellas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nikiforos Tsimidakis came out of the goal and Louis Korellas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nikiforos Tsimidakis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Chatziioannou Tzanakakis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. After 27 played minutes, Chavárion's Dimitris Kounatis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kosmas Katakouzinos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chavárion reached it. In the 29th minute, Prokopis Kyritsis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute of the match Emmanouil Mitrakis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kosmas Katakouzinos skillfully saved the ball. Fragiskos Tsopakis kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Chatziioannou Tzanakakis hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Kyriakos Vekris scored 1-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kosmas Katakouzinos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kyriakos Vekris made a kick off. Kosmas Katakouzinos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Stamatis Papadamopoulos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 56 minute of play. Louis Korellas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikiforos Tsimidakis having to interfere. Chatziioannou Tzanakakis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nikiforos Tsimidakis having to make a save. Louis Korellas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 69 minutes, Stamatis Papadamopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chavárion's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stamatis Papadamopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kosmas Katakouzinos was a little too slow when Kyriakos Vekris got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 1-3. 75 minutes into the match, Keramνdhion FC's Louis Korellas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nikiforos Tsimidakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kosmas Katakouzinos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stamatis Papadamopoulos in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute, Nikos Vamvakoulas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stamatis Papadamopoulos was extremely unlucky when he, in the 85th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 87 minutes into the match, Keramνdhion FC's goalkeeper Kosmas Katakouzinos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stamatis Papadamopoulos. If Chatziioannou Tzanakakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Keramνdhion FC's Kosmas Katakouzinos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Keramνdhion FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 95 minutes, Prokopis Kyritsis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Keramνdhion FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prokopis Kyritsis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fragiskos Tsopakis kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. In the 98th match minute, Chavárion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fragiskos Tsopakis to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chavárion eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
