Nσtos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Stratos Kelpekis scored to the left of an out of position Aggelos Zervoudakis, making the score, 1-0. In the 12th minute, Panos Koronas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manolis Varelas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Aggelos Zervoudakis made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stratos Kelpekis in the 14th minute of play forced Nσtos FC's goalkeeper Aggelos Zervoudakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prokopis Bakalakos in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ermis Charisteas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Agrelopós BC booed when Nσtos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thanos Venetidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 26th minute, Simos Pavlakakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 27 played minutes, Nσtos FC's Leonidas Prassas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ermis Charisteas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nσtos FC reached it. In the 30th minute Thanos Venetidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermis Charisteas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stratos Kelpekis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aggelos Zervoudakis came out and tried to block the shot, but Stratos Kelpekis slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stratos Kelpekis in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aggelos Zervoudakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. From close distance Manolis Varelas pressed in the 4-0 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 46 minutes into the game.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stratos Kelpekis was the one to do the kick off. Nσtos FC's Aggelos Zervoudakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stratos Kelpekis in the 63rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Nσtos FC defense, Manolis Varelas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aggelos Zervoudakis. The Nσtos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aggelos Zervoudakis should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Eleftherios Tsouchtras managed to get in a good position for a shot. Agrelopós BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eleftherios Tsouchtras was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aggelos Zervoudakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 70th play minutes Stratos Kelpekis shot 6-0, a short shot which went by Aggelos Zervoudakis and just under the crossbar into goal. The supporters of Nσtos FC booed when Agrelopós BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikiforos Papamanolakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 78 minutes, Prokopis Bakalakos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panos Koronas hit a great ball. After having played for 93 minutes, Stratos Kelpekis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Agrelopós BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stratos Kelpekis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th minute Manolis Varelas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aggelos Zervoudakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agrelopós BC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
