Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Panos Karagiozoglou took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Babbis Charakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Doοranlν's supporters rose to their feet, but Babbis Charakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thodoris Matzios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Babbis Charakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Thodoris Matzios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the game, Giannis Traganitis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Doοranlν's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dhonιοka BC the free kick. In the 9th match minute, Doοranlν was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giannis Traganitis to maneuver through the defense. Babbis Charakis struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Thodoris Matzios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Doοranlν. Babbis Charakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Thodoris Matzios made a huge save. Paraskevas Moschonas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thodoris Matzios having to interfere. When Babbis Charakis came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Doοranlν fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Babbis Charakis couldn't finish the play. Doοranlν's Babbis Charakis got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Dhonιοka BC's zone, Paraskevas Moschonas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thodoris Matzios came out of the goal and Paraskevas Moschonas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Dhonιοka BC's Giorgos Kalabosis got a free kick in the 38th minute. A hard shot by Nikos Manesis from long distance, 38 minutes into the match, got Thodoris Matzios's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a defensive mix-up in Dhonιοka BC's zone, Paraskevas Moschonas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thodoris Matzios came out of the goal and Paraskevas Moschonas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st minute, Markos Papoutsas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Babbis Charakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Thodoris Matzios tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pavlos Ochtaras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Paraskevas Moschonas came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the Doοranlν fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paraskevas Moschonas couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paraskevas Moschonas to make the kick off. Panos Karagiozoglou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Georgas having to interfere. After 54 played minutes Doοranlν got a freekick which was hit by Pavlos Ochtaras. Thodoris Matzios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Babbis Charakis in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paraskevas Moschonas in the 57th minute of play forced Dhonιοka BC's goalkeeper Thodoris Matzios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th match minute, Dhonιοka BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Markos Papoutsas to maneuver through the defense. After 63 minutes of play, Doοranlν's Paraskevas Moschonas made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thodoris Matzios was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Zinon Chatzievaggellou got free with Thomas Georgas in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 70th minute, Zinon Chatzievaggellou made a precise shot to the right of Thomas Georgas. Doοranlν's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Thomas Georgas came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Dhonιοka BC's Zinon Chatzievaggellou. But to his dismay, Zinon Chatzievaggellou quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Panos Karagiozoglou in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thomas Georgas saved Doοranlν from getting behind. 84 minutes into the match, Dhonιοka BC's goal looked a bit too open when Babbis Charakis came free, but Thodoris Matzios reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thodoris Matzios stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paraskevas Moschonas's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. If Babbis Charakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th match minute, Dhonιοka BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giorgos Kalabosis to maneuver through the defense. When Paraskevas Moschonas came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Doοranlν fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paraskevas Moschonas couldn't finish the play.
