Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Giannis Provatas started the match with the kick off. Nektarios Karouzos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giannis Provatas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 5 minutes of play, Agrνdhion's Kostas Mitrakoglou made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Panos Kyriakos was left in no man's land by his defense there! 7 minutes into the game, Kyriakos Poniridis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Agrνdhion's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PAPATZILIKI the free kick. Kyriakos Poniridis kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, PAPATZILIKI's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Konstantinos Papaiakovou fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With 18 minutes on the clock, Simos Paltoudakis commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 17 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for PAPATZILIKI! Petros Pouliadis shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Konstantinos Papaiakovou got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Miltos Kalpadakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 27 minutes, Lakis Spyrou mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PAPATZILIKI and the Agrνdhion players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lakis Spyrou kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Agrνdhion's Petros Pouliadis tried to score from far away in the 29th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Panos Kyriakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kostas Mitrakoglou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 played minutes Kyriakos Poniridis rounded PAPATZILIKI's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. Miltos Kalpadakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nektarios Karouzos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miltos Kalpadakis in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
If Konstantinos Papaiakovou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kyriakos Poniridis struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Panos Kyriakos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Agrνdhion. If Konstantinos Papaiakovou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Konstantinos Papaiakovou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Panos Kyriakos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Konstantinos Papaiakovou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Panos Kyriakos having to interfere. The supporters of PAPATZILIKI booed when Agrνdhion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kostas Mitrakoglou didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kyriakos Poniridis hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Miltos Kalpadakis struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Nektarios Karouzos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PAPATZILIKI. PAPATZILIKI's Lakis Spyrou got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miltos Kalpadakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nektarios Karouzos having to interfere. A collision led to Agrνdhion getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Kyriakos Poniridis hit a great ball. Agrνdhion walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
