Dimitris Sapanis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marios Fakiridis, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Miltos Ntavelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonidas Plevritis having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miltos Ntavelis to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miltos Ntavelis in the 54th minute of play forced Kranokhóri FC's goalkeeper Leonidas Plevritis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miltos Ntavelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Theodosis Sfakianos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nasos Sevastos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitris Sapanis having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kranokhóri FC's zone, Prokopis Mavrogenidis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonidas Plevritis came out of the goal and Prokopis Mavrogenidis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Simos Dermitzakis hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Miltos Ntavelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Leonidas Plevritis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Miltos Ntavelis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Agios Ioanis Gigenon's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
