Omiros Anagnostou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christos Dedes having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Roúson BC's Giannis Kalaboukas threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Stathis Kassianidis, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Babbis Nikolaidis kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stratos Bamias in the 28th minute of play forced Roúson BC's goalkeeper Christos Dedes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Káto Theodoráki's goalkeeper Giannis Kalaboukas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charis Spetzopoulos. When Káto Theodoráki's Stratos Bamias in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Omiros Anagnostou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christos Dedes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stratos Bamias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Omiros Anagnostou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Káto Theodoráki's Omiros Anagnostou sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christos Dedes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Stratos Bamias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Christos Dedes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Omiros Anagnostou could shoot a difficult shot in the 84th minute, which Christos Dedes however easily saved by the left post. Omiros Anagnostou who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Christos Dedes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Omiros Anagnostou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Káto Theodoráki's supporters rose to their feet, but Omiros Anagnostou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christos Dedes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Roúson BC's Avraam Argyridis got his second yellow card of the match in the 91st minute. The referee ordered Avraam Argyridis off the ground. 93 minutes into the game, Káto Theodoráki's Fokas Tsirigidis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christos Dedes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A collision led to Roúson BC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Eustratios Loumidis hit a great ball. A hard shot by Fokas Tsirigidis from long distance, 97 minutes into the match, got Christos Dedes's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Káto Theodoráki's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
