After a rather tough play, Mits F.C.I's Vrasidas Androulakis got a free kick in the 10th minute. If Kostas Viglakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mits F.C.I's Stavros Stavrou got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Mits F.C.I's goal looked a bit too open when Manos Vakros came free, but Ermis Bebis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mits F.C.I's Ermis Bebis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manos Vakros in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute Manos Vakros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermis Bebis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Manos Vakros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Laliσtis BC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The audience was convinced that Manos Vakros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ermis Bebis was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. A hard shot by Panos Kechagiadakis from long distance, 48 minutes into the match, got Minas Karalexis's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The Mits F.C.I players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Laliσtis BC were winning 0-2.

A very good chance. Andreas Savvas kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Minas Karalexis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stavros Stavrou, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Kostas Viglakiss short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Ermis Bebis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manos Vakros in the 64th minute of play forced Mits F.C.I's goalkeeper Ermis Bebis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Manos Vakros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ermis Bebis was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. If Kostas Viglakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Kostas Viglakis fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ermis Bebis, passed just outside the right post. With his leg Ermis Bebis managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Laliσtis BC's Kostas Viglakis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stavros Stavrou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Minas Karalexis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laliσtis BC's Kostas Viglakis was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 85th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. A hard shot 89 in the game by Kostas Viglakis from a close distance when the talented Ermis Bebis managed to make a qualified save. Mits F.C.I's players were relieved. When the match was over Laliσtis BC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mits F.C.I throughout the match.
