Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Giannis Fytanidis started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christos Asimakopoulos during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 8 played minutes Savas Moustakas shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Trνgonas FC's Loukas Paschalakis to catch but Savas Moustakas was lucky. It became 0-1 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Fytanidis in the 15th minute of play forced Dhιlka's goalkeeper Demis Myroforidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loukas Paschalakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iraklis Baxevanis in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dhιlka's goalkeeper Demis Myroforidis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Akis Kyriazis succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 22nd playminute. Giannis Fytanidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dhιlka's Iraklis Baxevanis got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Demis Myroforidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giannis Fytanidis in the 34th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giannis Fytanidis in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Demis Myroforidis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Akis Kyriazis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Dimosthenis Dilberis fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dhιlka's protests and gave Dimosthenis Dilberis a yellow card for diving instead. If Giannis Fytanidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Trνgonas FC's Akis Kyriazis got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Giannis Perdikopoulos fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dhιlka's protests and gave Giannis Perdikopoulos a yellow card for diving instead. Demis Myroforidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giannis Fytanidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. During the 63rd minute of the match Giannis Perdikopoulos completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Giannis Perdikopoulos a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Giannis Perdikopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Demis Myroforidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akis Kyriazis, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Trνgonas FC's Giannis Fytanidis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Demis Myroforidis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Giannis Fytanidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 76 played minutes, Trνgonas FC's Valerios Gountelitsas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Demis Myroforidis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Trνgonas FC reached it. Demis Myroforidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giannis Fytanidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Trνgonas FC's goalkeeper Loukas Paschalakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 83rd match minute, Trνgonas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stathis Mallios to maneuver through the defense. If Akis Kyriazis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Trνgonas FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
