Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Piryιla's Alkaios Ntalaras started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lakis Evaggellatos hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Terpnσs BC's Zisis Gianniotis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacharias Stergiotis in the 4th minute of play. Charalambos Charalambidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimosthenis Kounalakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alkaios Ntalaras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Zisis Gianniotis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Andreas Zotos fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Terpnσs BC's protests and gave Andreas Zotos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th minute, Andreas Zotos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 13 minutes into the match, Piryιla's Simos Prodromou broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Charalambos Charalambidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thodoris Valavanidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Dimitris Konstantinidis came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Piryιla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dimitris Konstantinidis couldn't finish the play. Zacharias Stergiotis hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Ilias Kermanidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simos Prodromou didn't quite understand what happened when in the 26 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 28th minute, Giorgos Tsiantakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zacharias Stergiotis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Piryιla's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Zotos came free, but Charalambos Charalambidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dimitris Konstantinidis was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 34th minute. Piryιla's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimosthenis Kounalakis in the 36th minute of play forced Piryιla's goalkeeper Charalambos Charalambidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alkaios Ntalaras received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zisis Gianniotis came out and tried to block the shot, but Alkaios Ntalaras slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 38th minute. In the 44th minute Dimosthenis Kounalakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charalambos Charalambidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
After 51 played minutes Piryιla got a freekick which was hit by Sotos Vrinios. After 55 played minutes, Terpnσs BC's Giorgos Kisemlis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Charalambos Charalambidis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Terpnσs BC reached it. Charalambos Charalambidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimosthenis Kounalakis in the 57th minute of play. Zisis Gianniotis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacharias Stergiotis in the 58th minute of play. When Lefteris Moschovitis fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piryιla's protests and gave Lefteris Moschovitis a yellow card for diving instead. Lefteris Moschovitis kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Piryιla's goalkeeper Charalambos Charalambidis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thodoris Valavanidis. After a rather tough play, Piryιla's Sotos Vrinios got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Thanos Karabogias's late challenge caught a Terpnσs BC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thanos Karabogias helped the player get up and apologised. A hard shot by Giorgos Kisemlis from long distance, 71 minutes into the match, got Charalambos Charalambidis's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Zacharias Stergiotis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. After 86 minutes of play Piryιla's Lefteris Moschovitis was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Piryιla getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Lefteris Moschovitis hit a great ball. Thodoris Valavanidis in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Charalambos Charalambidis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 89th minute Giorgos Tsiantakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charalambos Charalambidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Piryιla's Thanos Karabogias got a free kick in the 91st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Giorgos Kisemlis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Terpnσs BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Giorgos Kisemlis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charalambos Charalambidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Terpnσs BC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Piryιla had won, even though Terpnσs BC had held more of the ball.
