A collision led to ziptse getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Diogenis Sentouikidis hit a great ball. After 15 played minutes Akakios Psomiadis rounded Amigdhaliαs's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Evripidis Koubaroulis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lakis Karapialis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoros Kalaboukis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidoros Kalaboukis struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Lakis Karapialis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amigdhaliαs. Isidoros Kalaboukis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evripidis Koubaroulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lakis Karapialis having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nontas Tsouloufas in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lakis Karapialis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amigdhaliαs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evripidis Koubaroulis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Amigdhaliαs booed when ziptse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thanasis Vrisimitzakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evripidis Koubaroulis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lakis Karapialis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoros Kalaboukis, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 46 minutes into the match, Amigdhaliαs's goal looked a bit too open when Akakios Psomiadis came free, but Kleanthis Koutsis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute, Manos Giannos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When Thrasivoulos Rodis fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Amigdhaliαs's protests and gave Thrasivoulos Rodis a yellow card for diving instead. Kleanthis Koutsis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akakios Psomiadis in the 67th minute of play. Isidoros Kalaboukis might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lakis Karapialis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isidoros Kalaboukis ran back to his position shaking his head. Evripidis Koubaroulis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 77 minutes into the match, ziptse's goal looked a bit too open when Nontas Tsouloufas came free, but Lakis Karapialis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evripidis Koubaroulis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Lakis Karapialis made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Akakios Psomiadis in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kleanthis Koutsis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 93rd match minute, Amigdhaliαs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nontas Tsouloufas to maneuver through the defense. Amigdhaliαs were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
