Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) AEK FC's Namık Atabek started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kleon Tsaligopoulos during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in xaidari2010 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! The referee gave AEK FC a penalty, 7 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Giannis Banasidis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of xaidari2010's Viktoras Venopoulos. 0-1. Viktoras Venopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vassilis Spathas in the 18th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vaios Theofilakos got free with Lakis Stellatos in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vaios Theofilakos took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lakis Stellatos. Lakis Stellatos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Dimitris Katsadourakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lakis Stellatos having to interfere. After having played for 31 minutes, Dimitris Katsadourakis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. xaidari2010's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimitris Katsadourakis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Trifon Karastamatis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Viktoras Venopoulos. xaidari2010's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Makis Piliouras hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. AEK FC's Giannis Banasidis got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dimitris Katsadourakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Namık Atabek kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Viktoras Venopoulos. That made the score 1-2 in the 57 minute of play. In the 61st minute of the match Trifon Karastamatis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Viktoras Venopoulos skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, xaidari2010's Christodoulos Pantrianakos got a free kick in the 62nd minute. A collision led to AEK FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Giorgos Tsolakidis hit a great ball. After having played for 79 minutes, Sabit Tarhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AEK FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sabit Tarhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of AEK FC booed when xaidari2010 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kleon Tsaligopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. AEK FC's Lakis Stellatos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vaios Theofilakos in the 91st minute of play. Namık Atabek was extremely unlucky when he, in the 94th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Namık Atabek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Namık Atabek came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the AEK FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Namık Atabek couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Namık Atabek in the 99th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Viktoras Venopoulos saved xaidari2010 from getting behind. The xaidari2010 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AEK FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
