If Vladimiros Fotiadis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 15 minutes into the match, Koustísa BC's goal looked a bit too open when Iosif Kolitsidakis came free, but Isidoros Maridis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Petinσs FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iosif Kolitsidakis to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Aris Roubanis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Petinσs FC's Iosif Kolitsidakis in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Koustísa BC's goalie prevented a goal. A hard shot by Apostolos Voulgarelis from long distance, 30 minutes into the match, got Thalis Kopsas's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 33rd minute of the match, Ignatios Kebakopoulos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Thalis Kopsas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Petinσs FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Makis Kostakis scored to the left of an out of position Thalis Kopsas, making the score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Koustísa BC's Ignatios Kebakopoulos got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Isidoros Maridis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiros Fotiadis in the 46th minute of the match. Ignatios Kebakopoulos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 48thth minute tested the skills of Thalis Kopsas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iosif Kolitsidakis was the one to do the kick off. Makis Kostakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thalis Kopsas having to interfere. Makis Kostakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Thalis Kopsas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Makis Kostakis in the 59th minute of play forced Petinσs FC's goalkeeper Thalis Kopsas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Koustísa BC's goal looked a bit too open when Iosif Kolitsidakis came free, but Isidoros Maridis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Makis Kostakis scored 2-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thalis Kopsas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 69th minute, Ignatios Kebakopoulos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Koustísa BC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Thalis Kopsas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ntinos Anagnostopoulos in the 74th minute of the match. If Ignatios Kebakopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 81 minutes, Iosif Kolitsidakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Petinσs FC and the Koustísa BC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ignatios Kebakopoulos hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 86th minute, Makis Kostakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Koustísa BC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Makis Kostakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Giorgos Lazaratos fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Petinσs FC's protests and gave Giorgos Lazaratos a yellow card for diving instead. When the referee ended the match the Koustísa BC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
