Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Kouvarα BC's zone, Barney Johnson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidoros Karouzos came out of the goal and Barney Johnson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Makis Pomonis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikos Giotakis in the 7th minute of play. Isidoros Karouzos made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Barney Johnson sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 17th minute by Theodosis Bozidis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Chiflik Gouriza's Barney Johnson got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, Kouvarα BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimitris Vouzatos to maneuver through the defense. Odysseas Velopoulos's late challenge caught a Kouvarα BC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Odysseas Velopoulos helped the player get up and apologised. Odysseas Velopoulos hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Nikos Giotakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Makis Pomonis having to interfere. Makis Pomonis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikos Giotakis in the 31st minute of the match. The supporters of Kouvarα BC booed when Chiflik Gouriza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Odysseas Velopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Makis Pomonis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikos Giotakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute Nikos Giotakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Makis Pomonis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiflik Gouriza's Makis Pomonis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitris Vouzatos in the 38th minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Chiflik Gouriza's Theodosis Bozidis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isidoros Karouzos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Theodosis Bozidis to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Nikos Giotakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Makis Pomonis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barney Johnson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ilias Ikonomou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Makis Pomonis made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Theodosis Bozidis in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidoros Karouzos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 65 played minutes Kouvarα BC got a freekick which was hit by Charis Kopelis. In the 68th minute, Theodosis Bozidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Chiflik Gouriza's Barney Johnson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isidoros Karouzos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aggelos Sotirakos hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After having played for 75 minutes, Theodosis Bozidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chiflik Gouriza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Theodosis Bozidis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ilias Ikonomou got free with Makis Pomonis in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Barney Johnson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Isidoros Karouzos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Chiflik Gouriza's Theodosis Bozidis got a free kick in the 81st minute. After having played for 84 minutes, Bernardo Galante managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chiflik Gouriza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Galante was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isidoros Karouzos came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Chiflik Gouriza's Theodosis Bozidis. But to his dismay, Theodosis Bozidis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After having played for 88 minutes, Barney Johnson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chiflik Gouriza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Barney Johnson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Kouvarα BC's Nikos Giotakis got a free kick in the 89th minute. Kouvarα BC's Isidoros Karouzos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Odysseas Velopoulos in the 94th minute of play. Chiflik Gouriza's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
