Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After 9 played minutes Lνkion FC got a freekick which was hit by Ermis Nikitopoulos. In the 12th minute Ermis Nikitopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sotiris Karamaounas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ermis Nikitopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Lνkion FC's Ermis Nikitopoulos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sotiris Karamaounas. That made the score 1-0 after 30 minutes of play. In the 33rd minute, Iraklis Kamelidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anestis Markakis hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Sotiris Karamaounas was a little too slow when Ermis Nikitopoulos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-0. Iraklis Kamelidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Sotiris Karamaounas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 45 minutes, Ermis Nikitopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lνkion FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ermis Nikitopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Thodoris Fragos made the kick off in the second half. Thomas Liris hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Ermis Nikitopoulos struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Sotiris Karamaounas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lνkion FC. If Iraklis Kamelidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stathis Tsobanakis hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. A collision led to Lνkion FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Vassilis Perdikakis hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the game, Sougia FC's Apostolis Psariadis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miltos Tsoumadas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Sotiris Karamaounas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermis Nikitopoulos in the 78th minute of the match. After 80 played minutes Lνkion FC got a freekick which was hit by Giannis Kotsonis. Sotiris Karamaounas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ermis Nikitopoulos's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. If Iraklis Kamelidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Ermis Nikitopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lνkion FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ermis Nikitopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sotiris Karamaounas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lνkion FC had won after a very even match.
