Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Louis Kornaros got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Pangráti BC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Vrasidas Papadaskalopoulos hit a great ball. Nikolas Meletious short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Omiros Papageorgiou to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Nikolas Meletiou's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Omiros Papageorgiou firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Minas Sotiriadis during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Michalis Nestoroulis was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 12th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Charalambos Papagiannidis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Apostolos Iliopoulos having to make a save. In the 18th minute Markos Samanoglou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apostolos Iliopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apostolos Iliopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giannis Bonatsos in the 19th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Louis Kornaros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omiros Papageorgiou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pangráti BC's goalkeeper Apostolos Iliopoulos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Apostolos Iliopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charalambos Papagiannidis in the 28th minute of play. Charalambos Papagiannidis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Apostolos Iliopoulos having to make a save. In the 35th minute, Louis Kornaros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Strofyliakos:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pangráti BC:s goal. Michalis Nestoroulis placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Nikolas Meletiou struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Omiros Papageorgiou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pangráti BC. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Charalambos Papagiannidis was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Pangráti BC's Louis Kornaros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Omiros Papageorgiou narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Charalambos Papagiannidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kostas Papapetrou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Apostolos Iliopoulos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Pangráti BC's Nikolas Meletiou sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Omiros Papageorgiou narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Louis Kornaros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omiros Papageorgiou having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Nikolas Meletiou notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Strofyliakos's Omiros Papageorgiou. Omiros Papageorgiou was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Omiros Papageorgiou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nikolas Meletiou, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Charalambos Papagiannidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Nikolas Meletiou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Strofyliakos getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Minas Sotiriadis hit a great ball. Louis Kornaros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omiros Papageorgiou having to interfere. In the 84th minute Louis Kornaros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omiros Papageorgiou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Strofyliakos's goal looked a bit too open when Nikolas Meletiou came free, but Omiros Papageorgiou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Nikolas Meletiou came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Pangráti BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nikolas Meletiou couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, Valerios Karagoutis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Omiros Papageorgiou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nikolas Meletiou in the 97th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pangráti BC had won after a very even match.
