Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isidoros Koulos started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renos Chroniadis in the 7th minute of play forced Panιrion's goalkeeper Konstantinos Thomakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Konstantinos Thomakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Renos Chroniadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Panιrion's goal looked a bit too open when Menios Klidis came free, but Konstantinos Thomakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Menios Klidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute Iordanis Stathakoglou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantinos Thomakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Pythagóreio FC's Zacharias Papagiannatos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Konstantinos Thomakis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ignatios Restemis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Gong Shu Yuan made a huge save. If Menios Klidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gong Shu Yuan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoros Koulos in the 37th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Panιrion's corner Tolis Sotirakis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gong Shu Yuan quite easily take care of the ball. Pythagóreio FC's Gong Shu Yuan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Pythagóreio FC from getting a goal against them. Konstantinos Thomakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Menios Klidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gong Shu Yuan made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Christos Sarris sent off a good shot on target. If Zacharias Papagiannatos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

In the 52nd minute, Alexandros Kalamaras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Konstantinos Thomakis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nikos Sapanis in the 61st minute. In the 62nd minute, Pythagóreio FC's Iordanis Stathakoglou ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Konstantinos Thomakis. Konstantinos Thomakis yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Renos Chroniadis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Konstantinos Thomakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. The supporters of Panιrion booed when Pythagóreio FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikos Sapanis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sokratis Samaratos hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After having played for 82 minutes, Zacharias Papagiannatos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pythagóreio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zacharias Papagiannatos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Menios Klidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guntademaro Orozco in the 87th minute of play forced Panιrion's goalkeeper Konstantinos Thomakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Menios Klidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstantinos Thomakis having to interfere. Renos Chroniadis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstantinos Thomakis having to interfere. 92 minutes into the game, Iordanis Stathakoglou recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Konstantinos Thomakis. Iordanis Stathakoglou showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The Panιrion fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pythagóreio FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
