After 4 played minutes Pastida Fc got a freekick which was hit by Zacharias Mostratos. The supporters of Pastida Fc booed when Koupaki BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thrasivoulos Telakoglou didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute of the match Dimitris Argyrakos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kyriakos Thanoglou showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Koupaki BC's Isidoros Tsagarakis got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 12th match minute, Koupaki BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vaios Bozonis to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute, Ignatios Mantzouranas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Louis Giannakakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavlos Stamatakos having to interfere. Pavlos Stamatakos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lakis Papafotiou, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valentinos Chaniotakis during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Koupaki BC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Lakis Papafotiou hit a great ball. In the 38th minute, Koupaki BC's Lakis Papafotiou ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pavlos Stamatakos. Pavlos Stamatakos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nontas Seftelis during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lakis Papafotiou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavlos Stamatakos having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ignatios Mantzouranas was the one to do the kick off. When Antonis Darlas fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pastida Fc's protests and gave Antonis Darlas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Koupaki BC booed when Pastida Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonis Darlas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute of the match Alketas Panagis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pavlos Stamatakos skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Pastida Fc getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Valentinos Chaniotakis hit a great ball. Louis Giannakakos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Pavlos Stamatakos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lakis Papafotiou in the 62nd minute of play forced Pastida Fc's goalkeeper Pavlos Stamatakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Koupaki BC booed when Pastida Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentinos Chaniotakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Trifon Bogris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kyriakos Thanoglou having to interfere. After some careless play in the Pastida Fc defense, Louis Giannakakos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pavlos Stamatakos. The Pastida Fc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pavlos Stamatakos should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Lakis Papafotiou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Koupaki BC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lakis Papafotiou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pavlos Stamatakos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pavlos Stamatakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Louis Giannakakos in the 94th minute of the match. Louis Giannakakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavlos Stamatakos having to interfere. Koupaki BC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
