Ntinos Tsatsaronakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Markos Milonopoulos having to interfere. A collision led to A.E. MΠΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Christoforos Papafotoulis hit a great ball. A.E. MΠΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ's Markos Milonopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermis Poursalidis in the 27th minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, A.E. MΠΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Markos Remoundos to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in A.E. MΠΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ's zone, Ermis Poursalidis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Markos Milonopoulos came out of the goal and Ermis Poursalidis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ermis Poursalidis kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the last second Markos Milonopoulos throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ermis Poursalidis in the 49thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Christoforos Papafotoulis was the one to do the kick off. Loukianos Spiliotopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giorgos Kanakis having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Dimosthenis Mitsopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Kassiópi's Christos Christodoulou got a free kick in the 58th minute. Loukianos Spiliotopoulos struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Giorgos Kanakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.E. MΠΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ. After 61 played minutes A.E. MΠΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ got a freekick which was hit by Charis Ntaraklitsas. In the 62nd minute of the match Michalis Valsaris shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Markos Milonopoulos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Ntinos Tsatsaronakis put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Markos Milonopoulos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ntinos Tsatsaronakis in the 68th minute of play forced A.E. MΠΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ's goalkeeper Markos Milonopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ntinos Tsatsaronakis came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Kassiópi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ntinos Tsatsaronakis couldn't finish the play. If Ntinos Tsatsaronakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kassiópi's Ermis Poursalidis got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charis Ntaraklitsas charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Charis Ntaraklitsas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to A.E. MΠΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Charis Ntaraklitsas hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kassiópi's zone, Loukianos Spiliotopoulos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giorgos Kanakis came out of the goal and Loukianos Spiliotopoulos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kassiópi's Ermis Poursalidis got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Ntinos Tsatsaronakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kassiópi's supporters rose to their feet, but Ntinos Tsatsaronakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Markos Milonopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ermis Poursalidis scored 2-1 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Markos Milonopoulos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kassiópi fans cheered their team off the field, for while A.E. MΠΑΜΠΙΝΗΣ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
