Sakis Kamaroulias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikolas Nalitzis in the 23rd minute of the match. Giannis Traganos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Telis Skatzivas having to interfere. Giannis Traganos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Telis Skatzivas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Nikolas Nalitzis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 32 minutes, Kostas Markos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Káto Chálikas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kostas Markos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute, Kostas Markos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Káto Chálikas's Nikolas Nalitzis got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Christos Karamanos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nikolas Nalitzis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kostas Markos in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sakis Kamaroulias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kostas Karagrigoriou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Telis Skatzivas having to interfere. Giannis Traganos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Telis Skatzivas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Omiros Papadakoglou during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kostas Karagrigoriou struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Telis Skatzivas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tsouknídha BC. Kostas Karagrigoriou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Telis Skatzivas made a huge save. Kostas Karagrigoriou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Telis Skatzivas having to interfere. If Kostas Markos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Tsouknídha BC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Káto Chálikas from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
