Alexandros Sgouros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Pavlos Kouradakis made a huge save. After 6 played minutes Fofσla got a freekick which was hit by Charalambos Michopoulos. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Babbis Tsiamakis in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christodoulos Paltoudopoulos saved Fofσla from getting behind. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Babbis Tsiamakis to strike the kick off in the second half. Vaggelis Tarsanas hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. When Alexandros Sgouros came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Fofσla fans jumped to their feet. Elafopídima's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexandros Sgouros was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Ilias Lagizos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavlos Kouradakis having to interfere. Alexandros Sgouros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Pavlos Kouradakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dimitris Skaboulis charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dimitris Skaboulis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elafopídima's Pavlos Kouradakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandros Sgouros in the 78th minute of play. Aimilios Kousas in the 81stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Christodoulos Paltoudopoulos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 93 minutes into the game, Alexandros Sgouros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Pavlos Kouradakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Ilias Lagizos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
