Fotis Zafiriou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Errikos Moustakidis having to interfere. Argyris Stratidis hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute, Anthimos Katsidimas made a precise shot to the right of Michalis Mavratos. Apostolianσs BC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Panos Fanakoglou kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikiforos Kapetanos in the 12th minute of play forced Poliani's goalkeeper Errikos Moustakidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miltos Konstantaras struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Errikos Moustakidis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apostolianσs BC. Themos Pavlakoglou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michalis Mavratos having to interfere. Themos Pavlakoglou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Michalis Mavratos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eugenios Karamitros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Themos Pavlakoglou received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Michalis Mavratos came out and tried to block the shot, but Themos Pavlakoglou slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 31st minute. After a rather tough play, Apostolianσs BC's Argyris Stratidis got a free kick in the 35th minute. Miltos Konstantaras blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Errikos Moustakidis having to make a save. When Fotis Zafiriou came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Apostolianσs BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fotis Zafiriou couldn't finish the play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Themos Pavlakoglou to strike the kick off in the second half. Themos Pavlakoglou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Michalis Mavratos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fotis Zafiriou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rdth minute of the game Takis Giannou who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Apostolianσs BC's Michalis Mavratos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Michalis Mavratos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themos Pavlakoglou in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Apostolianσs BC's Fotis Zafiriou sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Errikos Moustakidis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Michalis Mavratos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthimos Katsidimas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Poliani's Anthimos Katsidimas got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Michalis Mavratos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themos Pavlakoglou in the 78th minute of play. Michalis Mavratos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthimos Katsidimas, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 86th minute Anthimos Katsidimas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michalis Mavratos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Fotis Zafiriou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sotiris Valassidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Errikos Moustakidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Poliani had won after a very even match.
