Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Charalambos Kalokerinos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Chionaton's Stamatis Tsilis. Stamatis Tsilis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Charalambos Kalokerinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Kanali BC booed when Chionaton was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fondas Malezas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Kanali BC's Aris Giannoulis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stamatis Tsilis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Aris Giannoulis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christos Mistriotis made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Takis Kousourakis sent off a good shot on target. Stamatis Tsilis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aris Giannoulis, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 25th minute, Christodoulos Patinios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Chionaton's goal looked a bit too open when Aris Giannoulis came free, but Stamatis Tsilis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stamatis Tsilis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aris Giannoulis in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute of the match Kanali BC got a corner. Chionaton's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nikitas Sakoulidis ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Nikitas Sakoulidis almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chionaton's Stamatis Tsilis did a great save. After 31 minutes, Isidoros Paboulis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chionaton and the Kanali BC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd minute Aris Giannoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stamatis Tsilis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 35 minutes, Charalambos Kalokerinos made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Chionaton's Stamatis Tsilis tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute, Aris Giannoulis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kanali BC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Takis Kousourakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Christos Mistriotis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 54th minute, Isidoros Paboulis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Kanali BC's Aris Giannoulis got a free kick in the 55th minute. With a little luck, Chionaton's Stamatis Tsilis got control of the ball when Charalambos Kalokerinos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Konstantinos Sotiras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64thth minute of the game Konstantinos Sotiras who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kanali BC's Christos Mistriotis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 66 minutes of play, Chionaton's Takis Kousourakis made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christos Mistriotis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Takis Kousourakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christos Mistriotis having to interfere. A collision led to Kanali BC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Loukas Samaropoulos hit a great ball. Takis Kousourakis struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Christos Mistriotis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chionaton. Christos Mistriotis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantinos Sotiras, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 86th minute Aris Giannoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stamatis Tsilis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Chionaton getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Fondas Malezas hit a great ball. Stamatis Tsilis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charalambos Kalokerinos in the 94th minute. If Takis Kousourakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Kanali BC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
